Suggest Nhận tiền dạng free nhưng đang bị đòi tiền lại

Hi các bác, mình bán acc game, phần mềm. Bữa trước có bán 2 acc cho 1 thằng ở Mỹ, nay đang ngủ trưa thì thấy mail paypal bảo nó đang đòi lại tiền. Hàng xưa h mình bán ko có vấn đề gì, nó ko có lí do thì hẳn là scam. Tiền nó gửi mình theo dạng personal payment free mà ko hiểu sao nó open case đòi lại được. Mình có đầy đủ log chat giao hàng cho nó.

Mail mình nhận có nội dung thế này:

We were recently informed that the following payment was made without the account holder's permission, or was the result of a transaction error. We've placed a temporary hold on this transaction while we investigate.

If you haven't shipped the item, please don’t proceed with the shipment until the payment is released.

"Transaction details"

- Transaction date: Apr 28, 2016

mấy thằng danh con đó cũng hay mở Dispute lắm, chúng nó còn tuổi nhỏ đang chơi game mà, bọn lớn đi làm ăn rồi có nhiều tiền thì có khi chẳng bao giờ nó thèm mở dispute
