Help Có ai từng bị Paypal limit kiểu này không?

Cách đây 3 hôm nó có gửi 1 email rồi nhưng mình ko liên hệ lại với nó
Hôm nay nó gửi lại1 email nữa. Nội dung 2 email:
Bác nào có cách giải quyết ko?

khả năng là nó phát hiện/nghi ngờ bạn có giao dịch vi phạm điều khoản của nó. như buôn bán pp chẳng hạn. có khi là limit chùm những ai liên quan tới 1 account nào đó.
nó bắt bạn cung cấp thông tin về website bạn tiêu paypal vào đó để xem web đó có vi phạm cái TOS của nó không. đại loại vậy
