Mình vừa mail cho paypal và được họ nói lại là :

- 3 là sai thông tin, tiền sẽ quay trở lại pp, lúc đó xem lại info bank cho đúng rồi rút lại, info bank thì tìm trên gôogle hoặc mmo4
- 4 là: nói thế rồi mà vẫn k biết làm thì pm yh hỗ trợ cho, nhưng thu phí lười

hôm nay mới thứ 5 , chờ đến thứ 7 đi nhé ( cho đủ 14 ngày) , rồi hãy viết ticket vài dòng như là : " I have made a withdrawal on Jan 3 , 2015 , but i neither receive the money in my bank account nor a refund in my paypal account . I want to know where is my money now , please trace the money for me . Thank you! "

Mình gọi đến ngân hàng thì họ nói số thẻ 16 số đó không nhận được tiền mà phải điển số tài khoản 9 số,giờ làm theo bạn @theboyztran đã nói là : viết mail trả lời "I have made a withdrawal on Jan 3 , 2015 , but i neither receive the money in my bank account nor a refund in my paypal account . Viết mail trả lời thế làm gì bạn ? Paypal đã trả lời khá rõ ràng rồi còn gì , họ biết bạn rút tiền về thẻ có số đuôi thẻ là 71 . Tất nhiên đã biết bạn rút về thẻ chứ ko phải rút về tk bank . Hài mấy ông lớ ngớ vào chả thèm đọc dịch hết rồi lại tư vấn như thế .
Giờ thì bạn chờ hoặc Email yêu cầu refund thôi . Nếu bạn chờ thì khi nào có thông tin mới paypal sẽ tự động email liên hệ với bạn để bạn biết chứ ko cần trả lời nữa làm gì .

không sao đâu ! doi vài ngày là tụ refund ah ! còn khong lâu lâu goi len bank ! check thấy có gd nào từ paypal thi bảo no rfund lại vì khong credit tien vô dc! trước mình chỉ sai cai name mà no không chịu ! gản 3 tuần moi nhan dc refund
