Updates & News of September, Green Business
Dear recyclers,
The summer is about to be over and it’s high time to stock up on materials for the wintertime and tell you about the news and updates.
There are several important things we would like to talk about:
- Poland’s market overview
- Current events
- Future plans
- Security measures
- Aims and strategy
Our statistics show that more than 1500 recyclers have taken part in the project since its launch. We are really grateful to all of you for your collaboration and support.
Now we’d like you to get familiar with us and tell you about our activities in more detail.
Just like every new thing that comes onto the market, managing waste online and community-based recycling attracted a lot of attention of people from different countries in and outside Europe.
Before launching our website we believed that this kind of recycling would not be popular on other continents and our key markets would be Poland and Latvia as well as countries with high social responsibility margin and a high level environmental consciousness like Switzerland, Germany, and Austria.
However, we have received a variety of business offers from our recycling partners from other continents and we are planning to take the first steps to turn our company into a transcontinental corporation.
There is a lot of work to be done and before establishing the communications and development committee we’d like to let you know that plan to include Recyclix participants.
It means that you may become a part of the executive group and decide how our company would grow.
The healthy growth requires an adequate infrastructure and some organizational matters have to be considered before entering the transcontinental market.
We have developed a strategy plan that implies the decentralized structure of our company.
A part of the managing board may feature some of our participants who are interested in supporting the company’s development.
That’s why we plan a discussion that will cover certain questions linked with the choice of the company’s strategy.
The selection of the participants of the managing board will be held with the candidates in Dortmund on 04 & 05 November 2015 at RECYCLING-TECHNIK conference.
Following this selection we’ll move to our main office where we will discuss specific steps planned in the company’s development and organizational matters.
The right moment for making this large step forwards and entering the global market, when all of us are exactly at the right time and place, is now.
If we are talking about the recycling market in Poland, there are fewer companies that recycle low-flexibility plastics and currently the most used materials are agricultural film, polyethylene, and stretchable film.
There is almost no competition in certain regions since local recyclers only sort out and pressure waste without even considering the possibility of producing granules. The most common cause is low costs, which are associated only with transporting the goods, and medium sale prices that bring average but constant profits.
Active recycling factories are usually fully loaded and possess amounts of waste that would be enough to keep them working non-stop for half a year.
The prices for sale of LDPE granules are at the similar level on the market, which is 2.3 to 2.6 zloty for black LDPE granules and 3.1 to 3.5 zloty for transparent granules.
An extra amount of marketable goods that we are able to recycle is 500 to 700 tons. This makes building of another recycling plant near Wroclaw very attractive from the financial aspect. The geography of Poland makes it possible to build a plant with a lower performance margin of 150 tons in another area near Warsaw.
We are eager to offer you both the joint implementation of these projects and franchise opportunities that imply costs of at least €500,000.
The expansion described above is also part of our strategy to ensure, that we can generate enough profits to satisfy our members’ profit expectation in the future.
Unfortunately we had also to face various issues regarding the website operation.
Our main focus in at the security of credit/debit card payments. We are mentioning this fact because last week we received several deposits and payment requests through stolen cards.
This carding system functions in the following way. The scammer signs up and tops up their balance using a stolen card. Then they buy waste just like any other person does and wait for the first recycling cycle to end in order to get profits for and sell all goods considering their quota whatever the economic losses from this operation are.
Attempts to limit payout amounts for Bitcoin users that made a deposit with their debit/credit card weren’t successful since instead of making payouts to Bitcoin, contrary to the common sense scammers started withdrawing funds through PayPal and wire.
In case that you would like to make a deposit using your debit/credit card and the cardholder name and your account name are different, please provide us a photo with your ID card and the debit/credit card for purposes of security of our users’ funds. The personal data in your profile have to be complete in order to be eligible to request a payout; the account holder’s name has to correspond with the credit card holder’s name or bank account holder’s name.
In case of refusal to provide these data, the payment will be refunded to the debit/credit card and the user’s account with Recyclix will be closed.
Apart from it, we have established a new financial security and prosecution department especially for the purposes of reporting the scammers’ account data to local economic crime prevention authorities. This is particularly applicable to users from Vietnam, the Philippines, and Ukraine.
Currently we are considering the possibility of linking only one credit card to one account both for deposits and payouts in order to prevent scamming and money laundry.
When it’s necessary due to security reasons, all referral payments on credit card deposits of the user will need to be put on hold until they provide us with their ID.
We know that such measures may be inconvenient and that is why we hope that you would understand its importance for preventing scamming.
We will never block a law-abiding user or create inconvenience unless it’s necessary to ensure the safety our funds and those of our members.
Also, we would like to mention that everyone who would like to visit our recycling facilities is more than welcome to do it by discussing the date and time beforehand. We would also like to take the advantage to invite you to visit us at the Recycling Trade Show in Dortmund.
We don’t have time to comment on questions with doubts about the existence of our factory, office, and staff members. That’s why you can just pay a visit to our office for a cup of coffee and see it yourself.
As the final touch of this message, we would like to tell you that we’re happy to know that so many of you joined us and chose waste recycling as their long-term business niche.
We promise to do our best at bringing you the most profitable partnership opportunities and transparent communication with the company’s management.
You can always ask your question by calling us at +48 662-862-010 (Polish & Lithuanian) or sending us a Viber message at +48 570 597 412 (English & French).
Kind regards,
Recyclix Team
