Tình hình là mình có tạo 1 account Amazon để mua hàng. Lúc trước mình mua bằng thẻ Visa. Sau này mình dùng gift card để mua hàng. Mới gần đây account của mình bị khóa và nhận được 1 email từ [email protected] nội dung như sau:
"Hello,

There was a problem confirming your payment information. We have removed your access to this account because we could not confirm your payment information. You will not be able to access your account or place orders with us until we verify your information.

To resolve this issue, please send the information below to our secure fax line:

-- A copy of your statement for your visa ending in XX, including the billing address.
-- Your name, phone number, and the email address registered to your Amazon.com account.

https://www.amazon.com/help/addressverification

Mình cũng fax tiếp hóa đơn tiền điện sang cho nó. Đến nay vẫn chưa nhận được hồi âm nào.
