Mình để ý những bạn nhận tiền sạch mà with bank thì ko bị,còn những bạn nhận tiền mà sell qua acc PP của người khác ko mất fee là bị tất.
Tiền của mình nhận chỉ từ nguồn offer và network nhưng vẫn bị limit.

cậu yên tâm , chưa tới ngày 15 thì cứ change acc PP khác thoải mái

khách hàng vn nam dùng tk per quá nhìu và toàn giao dịch miễn phí, nó cảm thấy ko có lợi nên limit dần. chứ acc toàn nhận tiền sạch mà cảm thấy có nguy cơ gian lận cao cl mẹ nó.

When you contact us, we may need you to provide some information to process
your appeal, for example,
1. A copy of a valid photo ID that shows your name. Acceptable forms of a
photo ID are a driver's license, passport, or any other government issued
photo ID.
2. A copy of your recent utility bill that shows your name and address
exactly as they should appear on your PayPal account.
3. A copy of your business license or your articles of incorporation.

f uck you paypal kiểu như mình toàn gg free nên nó giở trò để ăn tiền dây mà thà nó cứ tính fee như lr, pm, hoặc 1% đến 2% đi thì anh em có phải đỡ khổ ko, mất tôi cái acc 2011 trên 200 gg rồi(

Đồng thời các giao dịch trong vòng 15 ngày gần đây bị reversal hết.
