Trước hết bạn cần kiểm tra xem VPS của bạn có mở port 80 ko:

Nếu port 80 mở thì bạn vào server mannager, chọn add roles rồi cài Web Server IIS ra (1 số VPS cài sẵn IIS)
Sau đó vào IIS Manager, default website, add new site, chọn folder chứa file bạn muốn leech (thường thì add luôn cả ổ cho tiện)
Truy cập theo link: ipvps/foldername
