Nó kêu bạn làm theo chỉ dẫn sau:
Vào cái app trên site rùi click vào chữ Support ở góc trên cùng bên phải, nếu ko nhận được point (khi làm off?!) thì mở 1 ticket = cách nhấn vào missing point. Có thể tham khảo thêm FAQ để rõ hơn, rùi submit cái ticket đó, ticket phải dài tối thiểu 50 characters, gửi ticket xong thì mail báo cho nó biết.

Cơ mà bạn bảo chưa nhận đc payment thì sao nó lại hướng dẫn thắc mắc về missing point trên site?

Cũng đã ra đi em SR sau khi đòi tiền tháng 3 thêm lần nữa. Nhưng thế này đỡ phải mất công hi vọng đòi tiền.
