e mới create 1 acc paypal mới toanh. verified = visa ở techcombank.

hôm rồi e attach vào 1 site cung cấp dịch vụ ảo làm paypal nhận tiền thanh toán (do e gà ko biết nên cứ tưởng đưa lên là xong).. khách gửi tiền vào thanh toán ko được, đồng thời e nhận đc cái này:
Payments you receive can be instantly available in your PayPal account, once you're an established seller with PayPal. To qualify as an established seller, all you have to do is meet these 3 basic requirements:
3 steps của nó là:
1.complete 5 transactions without any buyer disputes, claims,
2.Receive $100.00 in payments for goods and services.
3.Be a seller, receiving payments with PayPal, for at least 60 days, from the date you receive your first payment.

e ko hiểu lắm về 3 bước này, bác nào đã từng vượt xin tư vấn giùm e.

What happens to my payments before I meet the requirements?

Nó nói khá rõ mà bạn,

1. Hoàn thành ít nhất 5 giao dịch mà không bị người mua claim, dispute
2. Nhận được 100$ thanh toán hàng hóa
3. Từ khi nhận thanh toán đầu tiên, sau 60 ngày mới đc làm seller.

Trước khi sử dụng tài khoản PP cho công việc bán hàng (chắc là trước khi dùng API của nó) thì phải:

1. Hoàn thành 5 giao dịch không có khiếu nại nào , là giao dịch dạng dịch vụ
2. Nhận $100 đối với giao dịch và cung cấp dịch vụ
3. Trước khi dùng PP cho mua bán ( auto via API) thì phải đợi 60 ngày từ ngày nhận Thanh toán đầu tiên
