Thank you for contacting PayPal in regard to the balance issue.
We've reset the withdrawal limit on your PayPal account. You can now withdraw your PayPal balance by wire transfer.
You can withdraw funds to your local bank account by going through your "Withdraw" tab. Please follow the instructions below to withdraw funds to your local bank account:
Here's how to withdraw money to your local bank account:
1. Go to www.paypal.com and log in to your account.
2. Click 'Withdraw' near the top of the page.
3. Click 'Wire transfer funds to your China bank account'.
4. Enter the amount you want to withdraw.
5. Select the bank account to deposit the withdrawal into, then click 'Continue'.
6. Review the details and click 'Confirm' to request your withdrawal.
The money will be deposited in your bank account in 3 to 7 working days.
Note:
- You can only withdraw from one currency balance at a time. If you would like to withdraw the total amount of funds in your account, you can transfer all funds to one balance.
- Do not enter any currency symbols or letters in the amount box.
