In order to get a Personal passport you should upload a copy (color scan) of your passport page where your photo and signature are. If you do not have scanner, you can provide a digital photocopy of your document. You will get a message to your WMID and e-mail after your passport copy will be verified. Only after that, you will be able to apply for a WM passport.

Được bạn ah, khi up lên personal passport thì bạn đã có quyền về nhận, chuyển ko giới hạn (kể cả dung mini)
