Fileserve là site Pay Per Upload(PPU) rất mới, được thành lập vào tháng 03/2010. Đây là site của 1 cty có trụ sở ở Mỹ. Đây được xem là 1 site PPU rất tiềm năng, và hoàn toàn có thể lật đổ Hotfile hay Uploading trong thời gian không xa.

Về rule của Fileserve:

1. We count every successfully completed download. For anonymous and free users that download from Fileserve, we count one unique file per each unique IP counted every 24 hours. This means, that an anonymous or a free user on the same IP, but downloading two different files will count for two qualified downloads.
For premium users that download from FileServe, we count one file per each unique IP counted every 24 hours. This means, that a premium or free user on the same IP, but downloading two different files will count for one qualified downloads.
2. Our rates do not carry any tiers. The above rate card applies for both Premium and Free users.
3. You can request payout anytime via Paypal or ePassporte. Minimum payout is US$20. We payout every Monday.
4. We pay you 25% from the earnings earned from affiliates, who you referred to FileServe. This is the highest payout you will find for any file hosting services
5. Downloads of files smaller than 1MB do not qualify.
6. Your upload must meet our terms of service
7. Downloads by your own account does not count.
8. We require users to uphold certain integrities when presenting your friends with the upload. This means you cannot SPAM your files to your friends.
9.You will be disqualified and banned if you try to manipulate our system.
10. No restriction for any country - free downloads for everyone is guaranteed.

Cơ bản như sau:
1. Với người không đăng ký và free member thì tính tất cả những lần download thành công (cho 1 file). Nếu mình up 10 file trong 1 movie, free member hay người ko đăng ký download cả 10 file đó thì sẽ được tính cả 10. Nhưng nếu họ download 2 lần cho 1 file thì chỉ tính 1 (làm gì có ai “thông minh” tới vậy.
Đối với đối tượng download là premium users thì chỉ tính 1 lần cho tất cả các file trong 24h. Nghĩa là nếu họ download cả 10 file trong 1 movie thì chỉ tính là 1.
2. Không phân biệt rank gì ở fileserve ( không có gold, silver hay ultra …. Như tại hotfile và uploading)
3. Pay vào thứ 2 hàng tuần qua Paypal, Web money và ePassporte.

Mình cũng mới chiến thôi, cũng kiếm được kha khá, thế nên muốn lập topic này để truyền đạt kinh nghiệm. Mình cũng biết là so với các Pro khác hỗ trợ support nhiệt tình rồi cấp hostleech ...
Còn với mình thì mình không hỗ trợ bạn đầy đủ được như vậy, nhưng chắc chắn là mình sẽ support nhiệt tình nên các bạn yên tâm ha và điểm đặc biệt của mình là ai đăng kí theo link ref của mình thì mình sẽ Refund lại 100% của tiền ref trong lần đầu bạn đựơc payout và 70% của tiền ref trong các lần sau.
Mình nhận được 1$ từ tiền ref thì mình sẽ Refund lại 0.7$.
