You must be at least 18 years of age and are sufficient of age in your country of residence to sign a legally binding contract and engage in Internet related commercial activities.
PaymentBase reserves the right to refuse or cancel any transaction due to safety concerns at its sole discretion for its own or your financial safety and protection.
Paymentbase will not be held responsible and will not accept any liability for devaluation (loss of value) of funds during the order, redemption, or exchange transaction process.
You agree that the moment PaymentBase takes possession of remitted funds, PaymentBase service fee becomes nonrefundable.
PaymentBase guarantees protection for your personal and payment details. You agree that PameyntBase may require to disclose said information to appropriate local, municipal, state, provincial, federal or international bodies in case of fraud, legal action, law suits, legal investigations or financial audits.
PaymentBase deals in exchanging of e-currency (also known as digital currency).
You agree not to use Payment Base services for any unlawful purposes. PaymentBase reserves the right without explanation, to reject any order.
PaymentBase does not have control of nor, assumes the liability or legality for the products or services that are provided by the payment systems (i.e: EgoPay, Pecunix, Payza, etc).
Violation or infringement of our Terms of Service by clients or others using PaymentBase, through Our Customers' computer or any allegation that the information Our Customers have provided hereunder (1) is factually inaccurate, misleading or deceptive, (2) infringes or misappropriates any copyright, trademark, trade secret or other intellectual property right of any third party, or (3) is libelous, defamatory, obscene or pornographic or violates other civil or criminal laws, including those regulating the use and distribution of content on the Internet and protection of personal privacy; provided GME promptly notifies Our Customers in writing of such claim and promptly tenders full control of the defense and settlement of any such claim to Our Customers at their expense.

Users are permitted to view, save, download and print material on the web site only for personal non-commercial use. PaymentBase does not have access to the password database to any of the payment systems. We cannot retrieve/reset passwords or recall your transactions. PaymentBase will not be held responsible for the actions of any payment system it works with or any of its affiliates, competitors, or governmental agencies.
PaymentBase is not a bank, depository, investment firm, securities firm, mutual fund, stock, bond or other publicly owned/operated entity.
According with the FATF Recommendations (2003):
You may be asked to confirm your identity and other personal details. You may be asked to verify your identity by providing notary legalized, or confirmed by apostille or consular legalized documents depending on your country of residence. PaymentBase reserves the right to request additional information from you, other than what is set out above, to allow it to complete our verification to enable it to comply with its anti-money laundering obligations. You agree to comply with any request for further information as we reasonably require to enable us to comply with our anti-money laundering obligations. This may include, without limitation, requiring you to fax, e-mail or otherwise provide to us certain identification documents to us.
As e-money/digital gold currency exchangers, we may require various sorts of "know your customer".
