chia buồn cùng các bạn, mình cũng đã từng như các bạn nên hiểu tâm trạng của các bạn :(

muốn chắc chắn ko sao thì ko chơi với nó nữa, mà đã chơi với nó là phải chấp nhận có sao >.<.
nguồn $ >90% là từ paypal thì làm sao mà ko dùng nó đc:(

vậy thì hãy chấp nhận theo kiểu sống chung với lũ, tức là công sức mình bỏ ra có thể bị lũ cuốn trôi bất cứ lúc nào, thế cho nó nhanh cậu nhé :D

Còn vấn đề cậu muốn hỏi ở trên thì đã có rất nhiều pro đã trả lời rồi đó: nếu muốn lập PP khác thì tốt nhất là trên máy khác (có thể dùng máy ảo với OS khác càng tốt), tên và địa chỉ khác (có thể mượn của bạn bè), reg cái visa khác, còn IP khác thì đương nhiên là phải có rồi, và điều cuối cùng dùng browser khác luôn :D. Còn lại vẫn là hên xui thôi, và hãy xem chữ ký của mình ^^

If you think that we permanently limited your accounts in error, you may
appeal this decision. Just click Contact Us at the bottom of any page of

When you contact us, we may need you to provide some information to process
your appeal, for example,
1. A copy of a valid photo ID that shows your name. Acceptable forms of a
photo ID are a driver's license, passport, or any other government issued
photo ID.
2. A copy of your recent utility bill that shows your name and address
exactly as they should appear on your PayPal account.
3. A copy of your business license or your articles of incorporation.

Mình thấy cái mail này vẫn mơ hồ quá, tóm lại là thế này :

Nó bảo sau khi xem xét acc của cậu thì bọn nó đã phát hiện tài khoản này vi phạm điều khoản của nó, và quyết định limite acc của cậu và cậu ko có quyền nhận/chuyển tiền nữa
-Có thể là tài khoản của bạn đã vi phạm 1 trong ~ điều trên : Info giả, chuyển tiền bất hợp pháp, dùng nhiều acc, vi phạm luật định đã kí kết...
-Acc sẽ bị khóa trong 180 ngày và khi nào withdraw đc thì chúng tôi sẽ mail bạn biết
-Nếu thấy có khúc mắc thì bấm Contact us : Có thể chúng tôi sẽ cần thông tin về CMND, hóa đơn điện nước, chứng từ kinh doanh của bạn.
