- Customer support was completely undhelpful and extremely rude. I was lured in with a cheap deal and when it expired prices went up drastically.
- The support department at domainnames.com.au are the rudest most unhelpful customer service department I have ever come across.
I am transferring my name to another provider to host and will Never use or recommend these people! The emails I received from there people basically inferred I was an idiot!
You can't even complain to a person as no phone number anywhere on site! I have never come across such bad customer service !
- Mike James from customer support is so rude and arrogant! I am a first time user of domain names in general and didn't know the jargon. What could have been explained and resolved in 2 seconds, lead to the following conversation:
ME: Could you please contact my brother as he needs to discuss a matter with you in relation to our domain name?
MIKE: Whats the issue you are in need of help for?
ME: My brother purchased two domain names on the 16th december called "xxx.com and xxx.com.au".

- Their new interface is lumpy to say the least. Currently not supported by Firefox 4, IE 8 & 9, Chrome or Safari.
Their Certificates are bad or non-existent.
Their automated Tech Support is frustrating. However I came across a human technician and Jim was great.
