Dear users,
As most of you should now be aware, Liberty Reserve appears to have shut down its service. Due to the service outage and allegations surrounding their operations, we have deemed Liberty Reserve to be an unsafe choice for our members. Effective today, Liberty Reserve will no longer to be a part of the ProBux experience.
The loss of Liberty Reserve is a blow, not only for us, but for those of you who lost personal funds. We value our members as our highest asset, and we choose to shoulder the financial burden of recent events in solidarity with our members. We may be a company first, but our sense of community is something that will never fall by the wayside.
Therefore, any and all purchases, that were previously made by Liberty Reserve, will not be revoked or altered in any way. For members who had LR as their primary payment processor, we will release the processor that had your second highest investment as your new primary processor for withdrawal. Should you not have invested by any other processor, then all of the other processors will be made available to you, as if you had not invested at all. Thus, all members will be able to continue on with a withdrawal option.
As we made clear earlier, we take great pains to maintain a healthy equilibrium between our processors. That decision has paid off, as we are as steady as ever, even with this loss. To continue this stability, we will be making daily adjustments to the withdrawal fees between PayPal and Payza over the coming month. These adjustments will merely be comparative between the two, so do not worry about them rising unnecessarily.
We were very excited when we first added Liberty Reserve to our service. Through them we were able to provide a greater reach and allow more members to enjoy our service. So while we are saddened by the void left by their removal, we know that the void will soon be filled by something even better. We are in the final stages of Neteller's implementation, and we are pleased to remind members that Neteller will become available in the near future.
