Starting from new session, July 6, 2012, 12:00am server time, we are implementing hourly rates system.
All supervisors will be able to view hourly rates on qlinkgroup website (
www.qlinkgroup.com) under information link.
We will also be adding an option where you can setup your global commission rate.
Once you have setup your global commission rate, your operators will be able to see their hourly rate on qlinkgroup software and qlinkgroup website.

Q: Where can I see the new rates?
You will need to login to
www.qlinkgroup.com website to see the new rates.
Q: What does global commission rate means? How this will work?
Global commission rate means 1 rate/1000 captcha for entire 24 hours.

Q: How much you will pay me? I will only get my commission pay or everything.
Paysheet will be processed every week on Friday. We will send all payment to you as we did before.
Since now you have hourly rate and your operators are now able to view their rate once you have setup the global commission rate. They will know how much they made. So you have to pay them accordingly.
Q: How will I know how much I have to pay to my operators?
You will be able to see your operators paysheet under payment link on qlinkgroup website.
If you click on their user id, you will be able to see your operator details, how much the user have solved per hour.
Q: Does the minimum 800 captcha quota/per week still applies?
Yes it does. Your operator needs to complete minimum 800 captchas per week to receive their payment.
If they do not meet the minimum quota limit, they will not be paid.
