Help loi upload khi dung filezilla, pro nao giup do voi

minh k hieu sao khi upload ......voi toc do "chong mat " la 20MB/s len fileserve,nhung khi no upload het file do thi no bao loi the nay ,va no lai tu dong upload lai tu dau.....va cu nhu the.....cuoi cung van k up duoc file nao len hot ca..
pro nao ....giup do voi,
