What is a Payment Review?
Payment Review is a new feature that looks at certain transactions for potential risk.
If a payment we review is deemed to be a high-risk transaction, we notify you to hold the shipment. We then review the payment and either clear or reverse it. If the payment clears, we advise you to ship the item. If the payment doesn’t clear, we inform you and reverse the funds.
