i know many vn's cheater on your site.but they use proxy.i think you shouldn't accept more people because it is very bad for your job.i see many admin of offers's site get banned from network.(100% offers's site of VN are cheater =))]

I will go to the heart of matter at once.
Like you know we banned almost all people from Vietnam, you should know why we did this.
You don't know? Ok, so you are a cheaters, you had downloads with proxies or dynamic IP, and we don't accept that and you were banned for that.
But we decided to give you a second chance.
Here are the requirements to get second chance:
- You can start to get downloads only after we will introduce new offers system and this will be soon.
- One download per one IP.
- Every download with different offer.
- If you want to download with the same offer you need to wait 24h to do this after previous download with selected offer.
Probably you will ask about your previous earnings and requested payout.
So you will get only 20% from requested payout and current earnings will be cleared.
We will keep an eye on you.
If you will have downloads which don't meet requirements above you will be banned permanently.
This proposal is non negotiable.
All you need to do now is send a response to this email with contained 'I agree with requirements' or I disagree with requirements'.
After that you will be unbanned if you agree and you will be under observation.
All emails which doesn't contained 'I agree with the requirements' or 'I disagree with the requirements' will be ignored so remember about this.
And like I said above this proposal is non negotiable!

Sax, ko bik đọc cái reply của manhhungtl hả ? Nó cho cheat mà banned gì. chỉ có ko bik cách cheat thì nó banned thôi =)).

Đúng rồi đấy, cậu cứ nhận là cheat đi, giờ chối thì nó cũng biết, cứ nhận đi cho lành.
Nó cho mình cheat nhưng vừa phải thôi, chứ như đợt trước làm thì có mà nó càng cảnh giác với VN sau đợt này!!!

Nói ai ko biết đọc nói thẳng cho mà biết anh đây xúc thằng FC hơn 2k$ rồi và bây h vẫn tiếp tục còn về chuyện cho vn cheat sao nó ko gui mail cho mình mà chỉ có manhhung có hơn 20 acc mà chẳng có cái mail nào nó gửi ảo vãi.
HÔm nay fc chắc bị ddos nữa rồi.
