News update: Current/Available account balance clarification; Country limitations.
During the trial period we have encountered several issues that we were hoping to avoid by
putting trust in all members. Due to recent unethical behavior and increasing abuse by users
from high risk countries, the following measures have been applied to prevent misuse of the
application. All members that have joined before april 25th will remain in present status of
approved users and will receive their payments to their available account balance as before.
Members that have joined DG after April 25th will receive daily payouts to their current
account balance instead. The difference between available balance and current account balance
is that you can request automated withdrawal only from available balance. Current balance
displays your total DG earnings that you receive from a trial thread. You can use your existing
current balance to upgrade your account by adding new threads, however, you are unable to
withdraw these funds until your account has been approved.
All accounts that were created after april 25th are currently pending approval, please see a
list of countries below this email to see if you apply for automated approval which should
take place within the next week. If your country is not in the list we kindly ask not to request
our support department to approve your account until we manually perform final database check up.
There has been an increasing number of attempts to hack our software or run the application multiple
times, which has lead to algorithm corruption and causing undelivered thread results. Taking into
account all issues related to nature of MMO business model we most likely expect to see possible
attempts to sabotage our reputation and status by ptc, autosurf or hack forum admins. We want to
notify in advance that under no circumstances the management of DG will shut down the operation
without prior notice and providing full refunds - DG shall remain keep paying all members all
their earnings for their trial threads. We strongly believe that current measures will help us
to avoid unwanted hassle from arising in the future and will help us to make our software more
secure and profitable. We look towards your understanding and support as we undergo the process
of database cleanup and validation.
We are pleased to inform that besides these changes we are in the final stage of deployment of
our new release, major glitches have been fixed and thread operation is much more stable now -
