Tình hình là mình nhận được mail Paypal về khi rút $, đọc Xong thì nó báo là $ đang trong chế độ pending, cần phải thực hiện 1 trong 3 bước của nó thì mới nhận đc $ vào những lần sau. cụ thể mail nó như thế này:

Hoặc là mình duy trì tài khoản good trong vòng 60 ngày thì số tiền pending này có bị refund hay ko? ( vì nó nói là pending có thể trong vòng 21 ngày). Hoặc đúng như thế nào thì gọi là tài khoản good?

- Complete 5 transactions without any issue (no sender's disputes, claims or returns),
- Receive at least 100.00 USD in payments for goods and services, and
- Maintain your PayPal account in good standing for at least 60 days.
While this payment is on hold, it'll be available sooner if you deliver your item or service quickly and update the order status in your PayPal account. Here's how it works:
- If you sold an item: After you ship the item, mark it as shipped on the Transaction Details page and provide the tracking number if available. Your funds should be available within 7 days of the shipping date (14 days if you're shipping abroad).
- If you provided a service or sold an intangible item that doesn't require shipping (e-book, piano lessons, etc.): Mark the order as processed and provide details on the Transaction Details page. Your funds should be available within 7 days after you mark as processed.
