ACX System Upgrade Procedure
Over the past couple days our IT Department has been conducting a server
migration process for better performance and security. During that time some
"funding transfers" made by Members were left out of the process. If you added
funds recently that haven't shown up in your ACX Account, please report it by
submitting a Support Ticket. All funding will be credited as soon as possible.
Please note that our LIVE CHAT team cannot do anything about this temporary
situation. Submitting a Support Ticket will rectify this error the fastest; be
sure to include as much information as possible. Thank you for your patience
and understanding.
Additionally, during this same time some Daily Sales Commissions (DSC) were not
paid to a portion of our Members, even though they had viewed the required
number of ads and websites. This server migration was to blame on this as well,
however the process to correct it is quite simple.
Missing DSC will be paid by the end of the day (server time) according the
program script. No Daily Earnings will be lost because all Ad Packs pay 150%.
If you were a Member who missed one day's DSC, the total of 150% will just be
delayed by one day. No Losses Occurred!
Please do not submit a Support Ticket if you didn't received your DSC. They
will be caught up today. We appreciate your patience and understanding in this
slight setback as well. With these new servers, the ACX System will be faster,
more secure, and better prepared to handle the growth we are experiencing.
