If the Stripe account is by the name the person who is providing, is there anyway that can take the account back even if I change the password? Should I just trust them?

1-What types are there? 2-Will my own account get verified or I will get an account with random name? 3-Will it be safe to use? ( In future they will not suspend? )

I am currently residing in vietnam, and my country is not in the list of allowed for stripe too. So I want to get a verified Stripe account. I could create the account using wise but still need to verify it. Anyone can do this? Cost?
