Scan CMND bằng webcam được không ?

Chẳng là em đang làm thẻ payoneer, đến khúc này thì em bí . Em trích nguyên gốc luôn, các bác giúp em với:

1. Please use file types of .jpg .gif .png …. at a maximum size of 4MB.
2. Files will be stored in our secure database and will not be used for any purpose other than for confirming your identity.
3. For ID documents:
   1. You may upload your passport, national ID and/or driver’s license.
   2. Please upload the same ID that you used for your Payoneer account application and make sure that your documents are clear and readable.
   3. Please include both front and back sides of your ID documents.

chụp bằng điện thoại cho rõ nét bạn, webcam sợ hơi mờ. Và quan trọng là phải dùng Passport chứ CMND toàn tiếng Việt họ ko biết là cái gì đâu.
