Paypal cảnh báo ai đang sử dụng trình duyệt or OS cũ như win XP, có khả năng không truy cập hoặc truy cập không đầy đủ chức năng của paypal

Người dùng paypal phải nâng cấp hệ thống của mình hỗ trợ TLS1.2 và HTTP / 1.1
