Hôm 20/2 mình mua 50 DR của thằng helpspartner.com hết 5$ + fee 0,75$ = 5,75$ nhưng đợi 10 ngày ko thấy tâm hơi
Sau đó mình gữi mail khiếu nại lên paypal chừng khoảng 10h sau thì có mail trã lời như sao :
