Mấy ngày nay bận bịu không có onl được, nãy mới onl vào mail thì thấy ngay mail limit

Không có step nào gỡ, mấy bác cho em hỏi trường hợp này gọi cho paypal có được không ạ, nếu bác nào có số của paypal thì xin để lại cho em với, không thể để nó limit nhảm như vậy được

Sau khi gọi cho paypal thì nó bảo không gỡ được và nó tặng cho cái mail :

to withdraw any money in your PayPal account. Once you receive the email,
you may log in to your PayPal account and click 'Withdraw' to receive your
funds.
