Paypal giữ lại tiền ?

mình mới mua Palpal của một người , nhưng được một lúc thì Palpal gửi mail với nội dung :

umk cậu , tớ còn 13 pp unver nếu cậu cần thì inbox , lúc gd cậu cần bên seller send memo là cam kết k mở claim hay disp và xác nhận đã nhận item

dạo này có tình trạng paypal giữ tiến đấy, ngay cà trưởng hợp 180 day sau limits mà nó vẫn soi, hold để xem xét.. như acc mình bị 180 ngày xong call lên bảo nó mở gate để width nó bảo phải đợi nó xem xét.. hai tuần rồi ko có một lời cho nhau..hix

ko có dispute thì ko phải bên seller nhé.
pp nó thấy chuyển tiền ko có mục đích nó hold lại chơi thôi =)) pp dạo này bệnh vãi ra )

minh nghĩ có khi gửi nhiều giao dịch cùng lúc với số tiền giống nhau vì mình mua có 130$ mà gửi đến 12 lần ; mỗi lần 9$

ko có dispute thì ko phải bên seller nhé.
pp nó thấy chuyển tiền ko có mục đích nó hold lại chơi thôi =)) pp dạo này bệnh vãi ra )

thế mình phải làm gì , nếu sau 7 ngày mình không gửi gì cho nó thì nó có trả tiền mình không .
