Rules & Conditions
* 1. All affiliates must agree to and abide by Hotfiles Terms of Service, Affiliate Terms and Conditions, Intellectual Property Policy, and Privacy Policy. Failure to do so may result in temporary suspension or permanent termination of an account.
* 2. Hotfiles Affiliate Program is a revenue sharing program. An affiliate earns money when a file that they have uploaded results in the purchase of a premium account by a downloader. Payment is calculated based on a percentage of the total value of premium accounts purchased by users who download the affiliates uploaded files. Affiliates begin by receiving 25% of the premium account sales they generate. This percentage increases by 5% for every 10 premium account sales that are generated, resulting in a maximum of 50% of each premium account sale payable to the affiliate.
* 3. We pay affiliates once a month. Amounts due to affiliates for any calendar month are paid 15 days after the end of the month.
