[Hỏi] Bị lỗi khi cố add lại card cũ vào paypal

Tình hình là tối hôm qua em vừa add cái card vísa debit vào, đang bấm giai đoạn confirm thì cứ bị lỗi, thế nên em tưởng bị lag, remove card rồi add lại, ai dè nó thông báo thế này :
This card has been disabled for entry into the PayPal system.

Giải quyết làm sao đây mấy bác

I'm having difficulty trying to verify my PayPal account with a credit card number [để đầy đủ 16 chữ số thẻ vào đây].

First of all, your system denied the credit card of mine for a few times when I entered it manually to the verification form, later on, there was an error message saying that "This card has been disabled for entry into the PayPal system." From now on I understand that the credit card has no longer been accepted on your system.

Could you please remove the ban placed on my credit card number, since I've checked with the bank to ensure that it would be charged successfully. Hence my account's status could be changed to verified.
