Help me-tài khoản paypal verify bị limit!

Chào các bác
tình hình là ntn,cách đây khoảng 2 tháng,e có tạo 1 tài khoản paypal.và sau đó 1 ngày đã verify bằng thẻ acb prepaid
sau đó e có dùng 1,95$ tiền refund của paypal để mua 1 card điện thoại trên muathe247,rồi từ đó đến giờ cũng ko làm gì với acc paypal nữa
đến hôm nay,e nhận được thư của paypal như sau:

vậy bây giờ làm thế nào để gỡ thằng litmit này hả các bác hay là p đợi thêm 180 ngày nữa ,e vào paypal rồi mà ko tìm thấy mục nào để upload mấy cái như cmnd lên cả!
