[HELP] Add credit vào paypal ?

Tối hôm qua mình add visa debit thành công, mà lỡ tay remove vì lúc confirm nó cứ lag lag @@. H add card lại nó báo :
This card has been disabled for entry into the PayPal system. Please add a different card. You may also contact us using this form.

rồi mail paypal trả lời mình thế này:
