These terms of service apply to you as a member or being as a user of Imcrew.com
When registering at Imcrew, you confirm you have read, understood and accepted the following terms and conditions of these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to any of this terms, you must not register.
1.*USER ACCOUNT
1.1.As your password must be kept secret from others, we store it in an irreversible format. In the unlikely event of someone hacking into your account, we will not be held responsible. When you request your password, we will send you a new one to your email.
1.2.You can only have one account. Any attempt to create more than one account will lead to the termination of all of them. This also applies to your PayPal account which has to be unique and not shared with another user.
1.3.Your email addresses will not be shown, given or sold.
1.4.Accounts are not transferable.
1.5.Imcrew will not modify user account information based on user request.
1.6.Users using false information when registering or changing their personal settings will have their account suspended.
1.7.Only one Account Per person can be made
2.*REFERRALS
2.1.You may refer as many people as you want.
2.2.Every one of your referrals, as users, must have a unique email address.
2.3.You must not send unsolicited email or force anyone in any other way into becoming your referral. We will verify such incidents and they will result in account termination.
2.4.You only earn from directly referred referrals being them referred directly by you.
2.5.You will be able to Receive $2 for each Referred Active member ,The $2 will be creditt to real money balance after the prelaunch if in 1 month time up to 15th of August,2010 your referred referral will login in his account and get at least 50 article views
2.6.You will earn 20% of whatever your referral earns.
2.7.A referral will never be able to modify the member who referred him/her.
3.*ANTI-CHEAT POLICY
3.1.Each attempt, in any way, to hack into the system will be logged.
3.2.Sometimes we will warn you, sometimes we will not. In either way, when you request payout, our monitoring system will analyze your actions and take its own actions in return. Normally, attempts to hack the system will result in account termination.
3.3.We may or may not inform you that your account was terminated. In the first case, we will send you an email. In either case, you will be notified as soon as you try to use any of the services at Imcrew.
4.*PAYMENTS TO USERS
4.1.All payments will be made Paypal, for those members who aren't able to open Paypal account payments will be sent through Bank wire transfer by paying an $8 service fee deducated from withdrawable amount. No other method of payment is available at this time.
4.2.All payments Will be sent at the 30th date of the month or next business day for the previous month earnings
4.3.The minimum amount paid is $20.00 through Paypal and $100 for Bank wire transfer
4.4.You can only request one payment at a time.
4.5.We are responsible only for submitting your payment to the payment processor. Any action after that is to be handled by payment processor's support.
4.6.You must have a correct and existing PayPal email address . All payments will go directly to that user's email address and cannot be canceled. To have your payment sent by PayPal, be sure to have a PayPal account in a country whose accounts can receive money by PayPal and log in from one of those countries.
4.7.Users must accept the payments made to their PayPal in 30 calendar days or will have the payment canceled and it will not be refunded.
4.8.Any refund of any payment we send you will be ignored and it won't be added back to your account nor sent again.
5.*ACCOUNT SUSPENSION
5.1.We have the right to suspend your account at any time for any reason including, but not limited to, the disrespect of our Terms of Service.
5.2.All suspended accounts will have all their balances reset, all referrals taken away and no refunds will be given.
5.3.All suspended accounts will be archived and you cannot register using the same username or email addresses.
5.4.We won't delete user's accounts for any reason even if they are active, terminated or suspended.
6.*LIABILITY
6.1.Imcrew will not be liable for any kind of delays or failures that are directly or not directly related to Imcrew and therefore beyond our control.
6.2.Imcrew reserves the right to alter the Terms of Service at any time, including fees, special offers, benefits and rules, amongst others, and also reserves the right to cancel its services any time and without any notice.
6.3.Imcrew will not be held responsible for any of its users or advertisers. This also includes every supplier we depend on.
6.4.Imcrew is not responsible for any tax payment for you on what you receive from us. It's your responsibility to declare what you've received and pay your country's taxes.
